Isn’t a smoke detector in my home enough protection?
A smoke detector is minimal equipment to ensure
the safety of your family from fire. But a smoke
detector only alerts you when there is a fire in
your home. A fire sprinkler system can
extinguish a fire in the beginning stages,
saving lives and property.

Won’t the water damage be just as bad as the fire?
During a fire, only the sprinkler heads closest
to the fire are activated. This limits the total
amount of water which is needed to suppress the
fire. The water delivery from the fire
department is ten to a hundred times greater.

Isn’t a sprinkler system prohibitively expensive?
The total cost of a sprinkler system depends on
several factors, but are generally between $2 to
$4 per square foot average cost. There are many
benefits of having a system installed in your
home or property. Aside from life-saving
benefits, many insurance companies offer a great
discount on homeowners who installed a system. A
sprinkler system can pay for itself.
